Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the SMI utilization program and track progress across SMI reuse
  workflows.
• Analyze inventory data and map inventory items to the appropriate templates and parameters.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Management teams for material
  redeployment activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of slow-moving inventory reuse and disposal processes with proper
  validations.
• Support inventory digitalization and maintain monthly updates on SMI excess inventory lists.
• Monitor and resolve issues to improve process efficiency and tool effectiveness.
• Manage template mapping, approval workflows, and support process/tool enhancements.
  Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Material Planning, Material Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, and
  Supplier Coordination.
• Good understanding of Mechanical Components and Industrial Materials.
• Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM), Sourcing, Warehousing, and ERP systems such as SAP
  or Oracle.
• Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings, GD&T;, and Mechanical Assemblies.
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and automation
  tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
