Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day activities of the SMI utilization program and track progress across SMI reuse
workflows. - Analyze inventory data and map inventory items to the appropriate templates and parameters.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Management teams for material
redeployment activities. - Ensure smooth execution of slow-moving inventory reuse and disposal processes with proper
validations. - Support inventory digitalization and maintain monthly updates on SMI excess inventory lists.
- Monitor and resolve issues to improve process efficiency and tool effectiveness.
- Manage template mapping, approval workflows, and support process/tool enhancements.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Material Planning, Material Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, and
Supplier Coordination. - Good understanding of Mechanical Components and Industrial Materials.
- Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM), Sourcing, Warehousing, and ERP systems such as SAP
or Oracle. - Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings, GD&T;, and Mechanical Assemblies.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and automation
tools is an added advantage. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
